CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To confirm your reservation, full payment or voucher detail must be received by Paddle Queenstown Ltd in advance of departure.

Cancellation by Client, Guided day trips and freedom rental bookings:
Cancellations by client prior to 48 hours incur a 10% administration/cancellation fee.
Cancellations by client within 48 hours of day of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation by client within 24 hours of day of departure – NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
There will be NO refund on any portion or part of a guided trip once the trip has departed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED!

CANCELLATION BY PADDLE QUEENSTOWN

Our policy allow us to not operate a Guided Trip or Beachfront Rentals on safety grounds if we consider that the wind and lake conditions are unsafe for that group or individuals. This is our decision, and we reserve the full rights to do so. In this situation we give a refund in full.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We advise all clients to consider arranging appropriate travel insurance that covers Adventure Tourism. On guided trips, Paddle Queenstown is responsible for all company equipment on that trip (e.g. kayaks, paddles etc). On Beachfront Rentals, the client is solely responsible for any loss or damage to all equipment. The hirers’ responsibility ceases once Paddle Queenstown equipment has been returned to us. Under all circumstances, the client is solely responsible for their personal equipment.

COVID-19

If customers are unable to make it to Queenstown, due to government lock-downs/ restrictions in their home state/region our refund policy will apply. For cancellations within 24hrs a reschedule will be offered to be used within 12 months *Proof of lockdown and home address may be required
